At the Buzzer...

The Picture above explains it all. Shock. Disarray. The Lakers after being on a roll, winning their last 7 games, were stunned by the Indiana Pacers last night at Conseco Field House. Los Angeles had a lead going into the 4th quarter, but the Pacers rallied to pull off what is probably the most heartbreaking loss of this early season. With Time winding down, Marquise Daniels went up for a layup, missed but somehow, never giving up on the play, Troy Murphy tapped the ball in for the game winner. The 118-117 Win for the Pacers gives the Lakers only their 2nd loss of the season. The Pacers become the first team this season to beat both the Boston Celtics and The Los Angeles Lakers. The Pacers take on Boston tonight, while the Lakers take on the Philadelphia 76ers, who are coming off of a win against The Bulls.
