Game 1 In the books

Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 1 of the First Round earlier today and early on it looked like it was going to be a blowout. Most of the game was led by the Lake Show. Andrew Bynum made his debut after missing about 17 games with a Knee injury, he had a great game and had a few blocks which made his presence felt. The Lakers Defense was on point, they were diving for loose balls, striping players multiple times. Overall it was a good win. Kevin Durant shot poorly as he was hounded play after play by either Ron Artest or the help defense that rotated. Russell Westbrook is a great talent and had an outstanding game but in the end all that matters is the W. One game down 3 more to go. One game at a time.

A little side note on this picture: It was stated that Kobe made it to the Staples Center 2 hours before anyone was even there. At about 9:40am Pacific Time. Dedication is the key.
