Shed a few Lbs.

Isn't that the truth. I mean I'm pretty sure if I turned into a gym rat and went to gym every day for three weeks straight, I'd be ripped from top to bottom. But I don't and I won't. I've been going to the gym now for about a month and a half to two months. I feel good. Lost a few pounds and have somewhat gotten my basketball game back. My stamina isn't where I'd like it to be but it's better than it was two weeks ago. Motivation is the key...as corny as it sounds I just got a Fuel Band and it actually DOES motivate me to want to reach my daily goals. It's working. I'm going away in a month...a place which requires less clothing and more fun in the sun. I need to be "ready". I may just have to turn into a gym rat. We'll see.
