New Year, New Me?





I know I said I'd write more but I have hit somewhat of a mental block when it comes to sharing my life on here. Social media is everywhere we look so it's only right to get with the times. I have been so out of shape lately that everything I try and do hurts. I've resorted to more stretching and a lot more water consumption to try and help me progress a bit more than I did last year. Follow me as I try and turn this dad bod into something that I'll be happy about for the rest of my life. The video above is just a quick work out I try and repeat at least two times a week. I try and do each exercise 3 times, 10 reps each with very little rest in between. I try and keep my work outs random that way I'm trying something new every time. Enjoy.

It's ok that you have some hold backs on your progress. Usually, when I write for UKessays.com essays, I worry if the quality of my work stays the same all the time. Sometimes you need to have a moment when you sit and do not rush.
