Spring Break

I remember back in the days when MTV would actually broadcast the whole spring break. Everyday would be something new, silly dating shows, special performances, music. I guess they have stepped a bit from that whole aspect. At least the music is still there. Performances Included Jim Jones "Na na nana Na na", Asher Roth "I love College" and this one...Lil Wayne "Prom Queen". It was said that there was a record broken and 11,000 people attended the Lil Wayne Performance..wow. Enjoy.

I remember those days man. I would be off from school and would watch "Live" performances all-day-long. You've probably heard this before, but I haven't been a fan of MTV for many years now. However, oddly enough, I caught Lil Wayne's performance this past Sunday, and I heard of the record attendance. Can you believe that? 11,000 folks? Sweating all over each other? That's nasty & crazy. I'm also loving that Na, na-na-na, na joint by Jimmy. Honeslty though, MTV needs to go back to their roots, or change their name. It's not Music TV anymore, it's "reality-shows-24/7" TV. How about they change their names to, RSTV, it would suit them better.
I'm out!
