Fck it.

"Oh that's so gay". "Quit being gay". These are phrases I have been guilty of using when referring to something either funny, bad or just out of plain humor. I don't do it with intention of degrading anyone because I am not that type of person. People that say these things to hurt do exist and it's a shame. I have many gay and lesbian friends and we all joke amongst ourselves and use these words but that's because we know each other well enough to know that we aren't trying to insult anyone. I always hear guys say how it's nasty for two dudes to get it on but it's great when two chicks do it. You're totally entitled to your own opinion. But why say its nasty? Just say it's not your cup of tea. That's all. There are ways around the negativity and cruel remarks people have.

YP and I were talking about tattoos the other day and she's not too big on them but she does want a few more. The other day she mentioned getting the sign that symbolizes "Women". So as I was browsing the Internet today I came across the same sign and I thought about drawing the little sketch above. I also got the shirt pictured above to show people that it is ok. You'd think living in NY would broaden your acceptance level and make you understand that it's ok to like girls if you're a girl and like boys if you're a boy. Period. Help spread the love. No matter how you go about it. It is what it is.
